Our CNC lathes and milling machines allow us produce large quantity machined components for customers directly or on a sub contract basis.
If you require a bespoke component to be manufactured, our manual lathes are capable of working with material over 3000mm in length and 650mm in diameter.

Gear Manufacturing
Our factory is equipped with a range of gear cutting & key cutting machinery.
We manufacture Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears, Worm and Wormwheel Gears, Sprockets, Pulleys and Internal Gears.
Working with materials including: Nylon, Tufnol, Cast Iron, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and various steel grades.
